Working in laboratory settings either in hospitals or outpatient clinics, clinical laboratory technicians collect samples, prepare tests, and maintain records to help clinical laboratory scientists perform advanced analysis on samples.

Some examples of common laboratory tests are complete blood count (CBC), liver function tests (LFT), lipid profile, blood type, prenatal blood tests, and comprehensive metabolic panels.

Occupational Therapy Assistant
